I am passionate about prenatal education with evidence-based information, understanding the flow of labor as a normal life event and understanding when and why interventions might be needed or not. I love sharing this information with families so they can make their own solid decisions.

My name is CJ and I am a birth doula and student midwife thay serves all of Greater Houston and surrounding counties. I respect and honor birth as a sacred time and space and love to be with folks as they realize how incredibly powerful their bodies are.
